STUDIO POLICIES

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY

You must cancel 24 hours or reschedule sessions 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Any session change less than 24 hours in advance will be considered a late cancel and charged at the full cost of the session.

IN PERSON TRAINING POLICY

Clients attending any in person sessions must be fully vaccinated for COVID and show proof of vaccination to their instructor.

EXPIRATION POLICY

It is your responsibility to know and abide by the expiration dates of the session packages. 

REFUND / TRANSFER POLICY

No refunds or extensions are given for any reason. Sessions may be transferred for a $25 administrative fee. The original expiration date remains in effect.
